Law of Attraction for Network Marketers

November 7, 2009 · Leave a Comment

I recently found a quote by Paul J. Meyer which I wanted to share with you.  It demonstrated to me that if we are constantly looking and paying attention and growing personally, we’ll notice things that we may have otherwise just have passed by and not given it a second thought.

As I continually read books on the subjects of personal branding, home based business, personal development, law of attraction, I am constantly noticing new skills and habits that becoming a part of me.  And with that I am now able to recognize things about success and the people that are successful that I would have missed before.  You truly do begin to see the world differently or through a new set of eyes.

As I study the principles of success and begin to implement them into my daily life, I have noticed that they are really the building blocks of success.  As one new habit is established another is beginning to take form and a presence in my life.  Everyone works and develops at their own pace, and I am no different.  Some people may develop these much quicker and some at a slower pace, but that’s OK, as long as you are growing in positive direction and personally growing onto a better human being and a successful person.

So without much further ado, here is the quote I read and wanted to share with you all.

“Experimenting with [a] magnet brought the law of attraction to life for me… positives attract, and negatives repel. When people allow fear, worry, doubt, indecision and other forms of negative thinking to determine the direction of their mental attitude, they shut off the positive power of their magnets.” —Paul J. Meyer

As I meet new people and develop new relationships, I take extra care to pay attention to how we are interacting and at what level is the connection being made. It is easier to understand what someone truly wants when you understand the principle of the Law of Attraction.

That’s why people join clubs that they have an interest in and it is there that they develop healthy relationships because the law of attraction is in force there. They are like minded people attracted to a certain hobby or sport that they are passionate about, which makes it easier for them to relate to each other. You wouldn’t be very successful if you joined a chess club if you really didn’t care to play the game, people there would sniff you out in a heartbeat. However, there would be some who would take you under their wing and want to teach and coach you, but if your heart just isn’t in it, they would loose interest in you.

So, in closing, I want you to remember that we attract what we put out and what we like. Some times we don’t know that it is happening, but that is why it called a principle or law, it just happens. So, go out and appreciate those you interact with because the law of attraction has brought you together,

Learning about SEO

March 30, 2009 · Leave a Comment

I recently started reading about SEO (search engine optimization) and discovered how amazing this really is. I also realized that I am living in the dark ages when it comes to this new technology, how to use it, and how to harness its power. To say that this is a powerful tool is an understatement. That’s why I am devoting an incredible amount of time to absorbing as much information about SEO.

To this end, search engine optimization is a crucial and important element when fine tuning a website so that it can attract the right people/clients/customers/donors. Using this knowledge along with a basic know how of html, website traffic should increase over a period of time as opposed to nothing at all. Remember, just having a website doesn’t mean you are going to be found by a search engine. Same applies to a gas station in the middle of the desert. You would only find it if you got lost and accidentally just happened upon it.

In researching this amazing technique, the word “content” will undoubtedly come up. Seems that the content on a website is a key element in which the search engine spiders seek out those words used for the search. Sometimes, from what I have read, too much can also have a negative effect on the search. That’s where fine tuning comes in. A website has to be regularly and constantly updated and statistics reviewed to learn what is working and what is not. It is a labor of love.

There are many a book out there now that will take a user step by step and day by day. They usually contain the information to get a good understanding and to help a person get started. I however have not read any of these books but have pretty much gleaned information on the internet and followed Ann Sieg’s system, The Renegade Network Marketer. This is an amazing ebook that no one should be without. I highly recommend it if for nothing else, gaining the insight and knowledge as to how the new economy and e-commerce will develop over the next decade.

Please visit this website to find out more.

Please enjoy the information as much as I have.

Welcome World!!!

February 13, 2009 · 1 Comment

Thank you for visiting and for your interest and support.  I started this blog as a way to reach other people like myself, who want to learn more about home based business, network marketing, and multi-level marketing.  These business models offer the average Joe the opportunity to create a business through consistent effort and perseverance.  Not many people have what it takes to survive the first few months or even their first year.  I have successfully logged my first year in network marketing and I have to say it was a roller coaster ride.

I went through highs and lows, trial and error, and from this I grew mentally and spiritually.  No other business models re-enforces your success, your personal development like a good network marketing company.  When was the last time that a large corporate company honestly promoted personal development to their employees?  Probably never, or only as an attempt to boost moral support.  After all, these large corporate companies have only the interest of the board of directors and CEO’s (Crooked Executive Officers).

I will use this blog to post relevant content about personal development and building your own home based business.  I will liberally sprinkle my views and opinions as I have in the previous paragraph to highlight a point and express my views and opinions.

I hope you will enjoy reading my posts and I encourage you respond.  However, I ask that you please keep it clean and do not try to sell me on your opportunity.  I’ll be inundated with those I’m sure, but they are not welcome.  Send me a private email message if you want me to preview what you have.

Thanks again.  Have a super great day!
